Hi, I’m Alisha, the heart behind Carolina Butter and Bloom.

Carolina Butter and Bloom was born from the things that have always made me happiest: creating something beautiful, sharing something homemade, and bringing people together.

Growing up in the South, I learned early that hospitality isn’t simply about having a beautiful home or preparing a good meal. It’s about making people feel welcome, cared for, and like they belong at your table.

Some of my earliest memories of that kind of hospitality come from watching my grandmother prepare Sunday dinner for our pastor and his family. There was something special about the way she welcomed them into our home. The food was prepared with care, the table was set, and everyone was treated like family.

I didn’t realize it then, but those moments were teaching me something I would carry with me: there is love in preparing something for someone else.

That same feeling is at the heart of Carolina Butter and Bloom.

Butter represents my love of baking and creating treats meant to be shared.

I love making generous, bakery-style cookies and homemade treats that feel special from the moment you open the box. From classic favorites to indulgent flavors filled with chocolate, caramel, pecans, and more, each treat is made with care and a little Southern flair.

Because I believe food should do more than taste good.

It should make you want to gather around the table, slow down, and stay awhile.
